Project Leader of Tax Litigation
Responsibilities:
* Handle tax dispute processes, including SP2DK, tax audits, objections, appeals, and judicial reviews.
* Prepare SPHP response letters, objection letters, appeal letters, and other tax litigation documents.
* Analyze tax issues and provide strategic solutions to clients.
* Coordinate and communicate with clients as well as tax authorities.
* Supervise and guide associate/junior team members in completing assignments.
* Ensure all work is completed on time and in accordance with the company’s quality standards.
* Stay updated with the latest tax regulations and tax court decisions.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Fiscal Administration / Taxation.
* Minimum 4–6 years of experience in taxation, particularly in tax litigation or tax disputes.
* Experience in a tax consulting firm is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of General Tax Provisions and Procedures (KUP Law), Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), as well as tax objection and appeal procedures.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Possess Brevet A & B certifications (Brevet C is an advantage).
* Possession of a Tax Attorney License is an advantage.
* Proficiency in both spoken and written English is an advantage.
